Abstract:
Since the ligation, Qizhi Chen vs Monash University, began in 2015, Chen has been subject to the surveillance and harassment of Monash University. Since 2015, the scandal was on public media, Chen has been subject to death-threatening, sexual harassment, stalking amounting to hundreds. In this blog, only a few of the incidents are reported.

12. New death threatening and harassment in Beijing on 22-06-2022
At about 2pm, I was out for shopping. At the entrance of a market, a male security guard smoked a newly ignited cigarette towards me (I immediately sensed his malicious act because he was staring at me) , and immediately threw it after I passed him about 3 steps away. This abnormal behaviour convinced me that his smoking was targeting me as a tool of a death-threat, which appeared to my hand phone previously (see below: “after the cigarette, I’ll kill you” in chinese) .
When I confronted him that smoking is not allowed in public place by Chinese government. The suspect threatened me “you die, die, die”. I then called 110 criminal hotline, Police 049923 handled the case, and after some initial investigation, he promised to me that he “would warn this suspect and order him not to smoke at publice and workplace.”
However, on my way home after shopping, the suspect appeared at the entrance again, provokingly smoking to me and showing double mid-fingers to me:
This is a reoccurring harassment that occurred on 20-May-2021 when I was working for Pittsburgh Institute (see the graph in Section 0), and thus forms an irrefutable evidence to prove that this suspect was indeed acting under the instruction of chinese agent employed by Australian party of the case: Chen vs Monash University because only they could know the double-mid-finger harassment.
