Plot of Assassination of The Victim (II)

Background

In  Qizhi Chen vs Monash University case, Monash University and Australian Authority have used almost all coverup methods listed in the article of Cover-up at Wikipedia, including the last one: Murder/Assassination. Qizhi Chen (Chen) sued the Federal Court of Australia to the United Nations in 20##, and shortly she received an email calling her the Enemy of the State. The Australian Party has the motive to assassinate the victim, and surely has the capacity to do so. Under such circumstances, anything and everything is possible, as Klein R has advised in Article “You can’t turn someone down for promotion because you don’t like him” that victims need to be prepared for anything and everything.

Chen has been under 24-hours/7-days surveillance of Australian authority who knows almost every move of her daily life and would jump on any chances to plot assassination without a trace if an opportunity comes. COVID-19 forms such an opportunity, because once Chen becomes inpatient of COVID-19, Australian authority would be able to bribe local medical practitioners who could conveniently micromanage Chen’s death of COVID-19.

How to make a healthy person like Chen be hospitalised as a COVID-19 patient? The most convenient step is to manipulate temperature measurement when a convenient opportunity comes. Bearing this risk in her mind, Chen carries a mercury thermometer with her whenever she travels, and following a principle: “You must trust you intuition as well as observing, and execute your judgement.” –Hornblower

01. Prelude

At the end of 2019, Pittsburgh Institute at Si-Chun University (SCUPI) employed Chen to teach MSE courses. At the same time, COVID-19 exploded in China, and all schools and universities in China began online teaching. During the period of 2020-spring semester, Chen was in Hong Kong, and thus running online courses for SCUPI from Hong Kong.

From February to 29-April-2020, the Dean (Prof Chyu) and Deputy Dean (Prof Mai) circulated emails to the faculty members, asking staff to return to the campus to conduct campus teaching as advised by the Si-Chuan University (SCU), which bizarrely deviated from the online teaching operation throughout the whole country.

On 29-April-2020, Deputy Dean Prof Mai demanded the professors of Hong Kong, TaiWan or Macau must return to campus to do campus lecturing, as required by SCU. This is despite the fact that after 2-weeks hotel quarantine and 1-week home guarantee, there would be only 2-weeks of teaching left.  Hence, this instruction was unreasonable and Chen sensed some ulterior motive behind that (at the same period of time, Chen frequently received a message on her phone “it has to go back”). To keep the job, Chen decided to return to China, and took an available flight of Hong Kong to Beijing.

On 1st May 2020 Chen took Flight KA900, flying from Hong Kong to Beijing. Before leaving her place in Hong Kong, Chen put a Mercury thermometer in her carry-on luggage, —an intuition that saved her life.

02. Standard Steps at Beijing Airport

On 01-May-2020, Chen landed in Beijing international airport. After filling forms and passing auto-body-temperature screening, Chen and another 7 passengers entered a process of manual examination of body-temperature. The steps include:

  • A quarantine worker confirmed with each passenger that s/he was the person recorded on the filled sheet,
  • The quarantine worker measured the passenger’s body temperature using an electronic thermometer. According to the practice guidance, a quarantine worker must show the digital reading to the passenger, and in the circumstances where the reading is > 37.3°C, measurement must be repeated at least three times.
  • Then the passenger filled the temperature reading on the sheet and signed her/his name on the sheet.

While Chen was going through the above steps, she overheard that the passengers before her and after her were measured to have body temperature 36.7°C and 36.9°C.

03. Bizarre Incidents

To Chen’s surprise, the quarantine worker who examined Chen (a young man according to his voice) announced to Chen 37.4°C, 0.1°C higher than the threshold of Inpatient observation for COVID-19, and immediately instructed Chen to fill 37.4°C and sign the sheet, neither showing the digital readings to her and nor repeating measurement.

More bizarrely, when Chen immediately (out of her instinct) asked the quarantine worker to show the digital reading, his immediate reaction was reluctant and hesitated, then he bizarrely lowed his hand that was holding the thermometer and shook the thermometer before showing it to Chen, bizarrely the screen was empty with no digital numbers.

Chen then immediately requested the quarantine worker to repeat the measurement (using a mercury thermometer), the quarantine worker did not respond the way that he was obliged to do: to repeat the measurement (using his digital thermomotor)-  instead he refused Chen’s request without any hesitation, saying “The result would be the same if do it again.” “We don’t use mercury thermometer and don’t have one”.

Eventually Chen informed the quarantine worker that she had a Mercury thermometer, and requesting and requiring to repeat the measurement using her own thermomotor. The quarantine worker hesitated for seconds, and withdrew himself to a room on the right side of corridor –likely he was calling someone for instructions of how to handle the situation, then returned and let Chen measurer her body temperature using her own mercury thermometer. The result was 36.5°C, Chen escaped the trap.

04. Unacceptable Misconducts

The quarantine worker wilfully and deliberately failed to do what he was obliged to do, including

  • The quarantine worker did not show the digital reading to Chen before instructing Chen to fill 37.4°C and sign her sheet
  • After Chen immediately requested him to show the digital reading, the quarantine worker showed an empty screen with no digital numbers, which was only possible by pressing to clear the screen.
  • The quarantine worker had no intention to repeat measurement even after Chen made such a request.

Any reasonable person would ask the following questions that:

  • Why didn’t the quarantine worker show the temperature reading to Chen against the policy?
  • Chen requested the quarantine worker to show her the temperature result immediately when he told her 37.4°C, it was impossible for the digital number to disappear automatically within such a short time, only several seconds. It could only be cleared by hand press. Why did the quarantine worker do that?
  • The best answer is that the quarantine worker knew that he faked the temperature reading and he had to cover it up by clearing the screen.
  • Why did the quarantine worker fake up the temperature reading in Chen’s case? What’s the motive behind that?
  • Such a life-threathening misconduct could only be plotted by way of high bribe money by a powerful organisation.
  • Australian Authority /Monash University is the only organization who has such motive. No second one.

Any reasonable person who has the intimate knowledge of the case would anticipate that:

  • If Chen had not had a mercury thermometer with her, she would have ended up as an inpatient of COVID-19.
  • If Chen had been quarantined as an inpatient of COVID-19 in a COVID-19 ward, she would have had intimate contacts with COVID-19 virus and contracted COVID-19 virus.
  • If Chen had contracted COVID-19 virus, she would highly likely die of COVID-19 by way of medical manipulation.
  • Australian party/Monash University would succeed with their plot of assassination-without-a-trace.

05.

After being back in Campus, Chen found that she was the only overseas professors who returned to the campus by the instruction of 29-April-2020. Apparently, Chen was targeted by SCU again, and that black-hand who plotted Murder-Without-a-Trace (I) in 2017 was still operating for Monash/Australian party of Chen’s human right case.
